Overlooking the coastal town of Castellammare del Golfo, with it's pretty harbour and huge sandy bay, the Residence Valentino is set in  15, 000 square meters of elevated land, where the very likeable owner, Mario Palazzolo grows a variety of organic fruit and ornamental trees in a particularly peaceful setting some 2 kms from the town centre.

Eight one bedroom apartments are spaced over two floors and share the lovely pool area surrounded by sunbathing terraces equipped with sun beds and parasols. A solarium terrace right at the top of the Residence  is suitable for professional sunworshippers only.

Each air conditioned apartment is a little different from the others but all are beautifully decorated with a bright and modern open plan living room with a sofa bed suitable for children, dining furniture and a neat stained pine kitchenette with fridge, 2 ring hob and microwave. The bedrooms have queen size beds and there's a nicely tiled shower room. 

Every apartment has a pleasant and private outside terrace equipped with tables and chairs.

Well placed for excursions to the great tourist sites of Northern Sicily, including Segesta (20kms), Erice (50kms) and Selanunte (90kms);  the Tonnara at Scopello is just 10kms, Son Vito lo Capo (50 kms) and Palermo 70kms.

Please note: A damage deposit of 300€ is payable to our agent on arrival which will be returned in full on departure less any deductions, if applicable.
