Pallazzo Bianco, Yucca Apt, Castellammare del Golfo, Sicily 

Situated in the Centro Historico of the charming town of Castellammare del Golfo on the north-west coast of the island, its just a few steps from shops and restaurants and 500m from the sandy beach and  charming harbour. 
Constructed in the XIX century, as a noblemans residence, the mansion was entirely restored in 2005 taking four years to restore it to its original magnificence. The restoration work carefully respected the historical and artistic characteristics of this ancient palace, preserving the vaulted roofs with their beautiful paintings and the colourful majolica that cover the floors. Four light and spacious apartments were formed, each with large windows which open onto balconies. The owners have paid great attention to the decoration and furnishings and most of the furniture is antique from the 18th and 19th centuries.  The fabrics used for the curtains and the bed heads, the armchairs and the chairs come from the best Italian fabrics producers. 
The modern elements such as electric household appliances, sanitary fittings and the beds are all of excellent quality and all  apartments have air-conditioning and satellite television.  There is a laundry on the ground floor, which guests can use 2 days a week.
The four apartments can accommodate up to 16 persons in total making Palazzo Bianco perfect for those holidaying with friends and family who like to maintain some privacy.

The Yucca Apartment is on the third floor where a delightful feature of this apartment is its spacious covered terrace, equipped with patio furniture and with panoramic views over the terracotta roofs of the town, towards the sea. The apartment itself has been divided into a kitchen (with doors onto the terrace), a large double bedroom, twin bedroom and a shower room.

Please note: A damage deposit of 300€ is payable to our agent on arrival which will be returned in full on departure less any deductions, if applicable.
