Important Information It is essential that your flight ticket shows your first initial and surname exactly as on your passport as flight operators invariably charge an amendment fee once a booking has been confirmed. In some cases, schedule airlines are asking for the first name in full. Please also remember to advise us at the time of booking of any dietary requirements or special needs such as wheelchair assistance etc. All flight timings and airline details are provisional and are subject to final confirmation by Civil Aviation Authorities both in the UK and the destination country. Airlines apply for their slot times at the end of October but these are often not finally confirmed until March or April. Although, in practice, flight timings rarely vary by more than a few hours, your attention is drawn to the ABTA Fair Trading condition which permits flight operators to alter their published flight schedules by up to 12 hours before giving clients the right to cancel and/or compensation. Certain charter airlines now offer a pre-bookable seat service enabling parties to be seated together. Please however note that specific seats cannot be requested and seat numbers are allocated at check-in. Reserved seats may also be across an isle. Charges for this service are normally between £5 - £10 per adult and £2 - £7 per child. Seats with extra leg room are sometimes available at an additional charge of approximately £30 per person, but availability is very limited. These seats are normally adjacent to the aircraft’s emergency exits and Civil Aviation regulations require that they must only be occupied by adult, able-bodied passengers, with full mobility. Subject to the season and the airline used, discounts for children under 16 years of age are widely available but can often be combined with higher adult fares and we therefore endeavour to choose flights that offer the lowest price after taking into account any such discounts. Infants under 2 years on the date of the ‘return journey’ are normally charged an admin fee of £20 - £30 when seated on an adults lap therefore NO SEAT OR MEAL. We
