Villa Nikos sits beside olive groves on the very edge of a small select enclave of villas , we feel, has all the makings of a villa destined to become a firm favorite Lourdas beach villa for couples and small families.
Decorated in calming pastel shades, the owners of Villa Nikos have gone the extra mile to make their Lourdas beach villa guests feel immediately at home. The pretty sofa and high backed chair are well placed in the open plan living area, also equipped with satellite plasma screen TV and DVD player, to take full advantage of the sea views from the French doors. At the other end of the room, between the prettily finished kitchen and the outside covered dining area, probably the favored spot to eat, a polished wood table provides an air conditioned alternative. The kitchen itself is well equipped with large fridge freezer, oven with ceramic hob and dishwasher. At the sink, a window looks out over a neighbouring olive grove. There is a guest WC on the ground floor.
The double and twin bedrooms on the first floor both have ensuite bathrooms (small baths, with shower attachments) and the twin beds can be made up as a double on request. Each bedroom has a balcony with views worth getting up for in the morning, of seascapes and pine clad mountainsides.
The focus of any holiday in Lourdas beach is undoubtedly on outside living and so, where to put the sunbeds will become a major decision of the day and with so many choices not an easy one. From the covered living room balcony, steps lead down to a large paved terrace and then down again to the lower terrace and the lovely 6m x 4 m pool and a further choice between paving and lawn. A purpose built barbecue area at the bottom of the steps from the dining balcony also has a sink and clay oven and makes a great alternative to the kitchen proper.
The washing machine is in a laundry room in the basement.
The tavernas in Lourdata are within easy walking distance and Lordas Beach and its waterside tavernas are a little less than 2 kilometers away from this Lourdas beach villa .
