With numerous sturdy pine trees providing shade and privacy, the Villa Vincenzo has been built to a high standard and provides elegant modern accommodation along with delightful sea views and is ideal for Sardinia Holidays.

The first floor apartment is approached via a staircase to a spacious rear sun terrace, complete with a smart brick built barbecue, where in the evening, you can watch the colours of the sunset magically echoed in the glowing charcoal embers. The terrace continues around the villa, to a delightful covered terrace with wonderful sea views over the pine trees. From here an entrance door leads into the stylish, open plan living area with two comfortable sofas and an elegant dining table and chairs, plus sliding patio doors to the terrace at the front facing the sea. To the rear of the living room in a small alcove, is a smart kitchenette with full electric cooker and large fridge freezer, plus a double sink and attractive tiled splash backs. Next to the kitchenette is a spacious and beautifully tiled shower room.

A small hallway to the far side of the living room leads to the comfortably furnished master bedroom with double bed and sliding patio doors to the terrace overlooking the sea. This bedroom has a very smart adjoining shower room. To the rear of the hallway are doors to two further and more simply furnished twin bedrooms, one of which has patio doors to the spacious rear terrace, a delightful cool spot to sit and enjoy early morning cafe latte.

A pathway to the side of the villa leads down through the front garden, out through a gate and across an un-surfaced track to the sea. Immediately below the villa, is a small rocky cove, but 50 metres walk in one direction or 100 metres in the other, will bring you to a choice of 2 superb white sand beaches gently shelving into the sea.

 

Villa Vincenzo is perfectly situated for a totally relaxing beach side sardinia holiday, with local restaurants, a small mini-market and a few simple shops all within easy walking distance.

The Sardinian owners of the Villa are both doctors by profession and speak a little English. During July & August they take up residence in the ground floor apartment together with their two daughters.

NB. The un-surfaced track to the front of Villa Vincenzo is for access to a single villa on the headland to the side of the nearest beach and therefore cars will occasionally use this track.

"The ease of getting to two white sand beaches within metres, using a footpath from the house should be focussed on. Also worth pointing out that several secluded beaches are within easy walking distance. The photos show the rocks below the property, not the best bit of beach visible. The views from the balconies are fabulous and a picture of the view showing that, taken either from the living room or the balcony would be much better."
