On the edge of a sleepy hamlet, hidden away in the rural countryside, just 5 minutes drive from Felanitx and 15 minutes from Cala D'Or, this authentic Mallorquin farmhouse, with its very pretty gardens and private swimming pool, provides the perfect accommodation for a large family looking for peace and privacy.

Furnished in an appealing country cottage style, the house has one double and two twin bedrooms, sharing two fully tiled, modern bathrooms. The well equipped, spacious farmhouse kitchen has ample fitted cupboards and work surfaces, as well as a generous fridge freezer and full cooker. Off the kitchen is a separate dining room, with an archway leading through to the living room and thence to the porticoed main entrance to the rear, garlanded by flowering Bignonia.Beyond a  tall hedge, rustic farm buildings form a partial courtyard bordering the good sized swimming pool,  with a strategic gnarled old Carob tree providing a shady corner. From the sunny and very private courtyard and poolside, one can relax and soak up the amazing tranquil atmosphere of the place, as well as enjoying the splendid panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, where olive groves give way to wooded hillsides reaching to the distant horizon.

To the rear of the pool, an attractive feature of the property, is the Mallorquin style summer house accommodating a superbly fashioned barbecue, along with a convenient marble sink and rustic table and benches for alfresco meals. Next to the summer house there is also a third, fully tiled bathroom, where there is also a washing machine.

Note: The first floor of the farmhouse is not in use and all accommodation is at ground floor level. Car hire essential.
