An exclusive community of three architect designed houses in privileged position above the shoreline in the charming seaside village of Almirida and just 200 ms from the harbour. They are the consummate creation of Pavlos Papadakis, well known local architect, showcasing his unquestionable flair for contemporary design; he has subsequently embellished them to create uniquely contrasting atmospheres. With the location itself setting the scene, each house, identical in layout is finished in a unique style with the use of marble, stone and wood combining to blend with their environment, they offer 5* accommodation in a very relaxed Cretan setting.
The copious open living space on the ground floor is flooded with light from floor to ceiling windows and blends seamlessly lounging and dining with the kitchen area.
Two double ensuite bedrooms on the first floor, share a deep and generous balcony and a third, spacious double bedroom with its own sunken terrace/solarium shares the lower level with a somewhat self indulgent sauna/Hamm am suite. Outside, private spaces have been created within the pretty gardens with terraces for dining and covered outside lounging areas but the jewel in the crown of each villa has to be its extravagantly sized swimming pool with uninterrupted and spectacular sea view.

Consideration has been given to each aspect of your holiday accommodation. Kitchen units and fittings are installed to a very high spec, and incorporate dishwashers, full cookers, microwaves, large fridge freezers, as well as espresso coffee machines and juicers. Satellite TV in the living area (as well as each bedroom) also delivers surround sound music throughout the villa. Quiet running air conditioning and central heating ensures that temperatures remain comfortable in all seasons. 
Having suffered from a bad back for some years Pavlos was recommended a Swedish manufactured Dux bed. He is now such a convert that he has chosen to fit them in all bedrooms to ensure an exceptional nights sleep. Guests can choose whether to have beds made up as twins or doubles as mattresses can be changed accordingly and to further encourage sweet dreams, pillows can be selected from a choice of 3 varying depths.
All showers are fitted with rain shower heads and all baths have a hydro massage facility, as does one of the showers in the Hamm am suite. In addition to house towels, pool towels are supplied, together with bathrobes, slippers and luxury products in the bathrooms. 

On request we can provide daily maid service, traditionally cooked meal delivery to your Villa or butler service for dinner parties all at an extra charge, as well as beautician or masseuse.

These premium Villas offer outstanding facilities and comfort for a special occasion such as a wedding party or honeymoon. For a large party they would combine well to make a quite exceptional holiday venue.

Villa Ammos (sand)

The middle Villa of the three, a creamy white door introduces the flavour of this country styled villa and opens into the ground floor living area with floor to ceiling windows and a spectacular view of the turquoise sea.  Everywhere the decor and furnishings are infused with light from the creamy floor tiles to the light oak dining furniture and delicately tinted soft furnishings. The kitchen, painted the colour of buttermilk, blends with the living area, giving the whole space a sense of spacious calm. Pale wood stairs curve from the living area up to the first floor where two bedrooms share access to a deep balcony. The double bedroom has saloon doors to a charming ensuite bathroom with separate shower and bath, again decorated in country style, with a cheeky window that keeps the bather in contact with the bedroom. The second double/twin bedroom also has swing doors to its ensuite bathroom, where you are temporarily transported into a world of shining black marble tiles and stainless steel, softened by a pool of pure white pebbles.
The staircase winds down to the lower level and the third double bedroom, with a contrasting seaside blue theme, it has sliding glass doors to a private sunken terrace and natural solarium furnished with Cretan sofas. On this level is the Hamm am suite with sauna and steam cubicle, hydro massage shower, a rain water shower and W.C.
An extension of the living area, the tiled terrace on the seaward side of the house is furnished with a painted wooden dining suite and the extravagantly sized pool lies just beyond, set in lawned gardens and facing directly out to sea. A living wall of trees and shrubs provide privacy. An open air lounging area of white pillars with a bamboo roof shading the modern rattan sofas and chairs is situated to the side of the villa.
Throughout, the decor of Villa Ammos reflects a modern, casual, country style that is easy on the eye and induces a sense of calm and serenity.
